Every resident completes a short profile during application — pet, assistance animal, or no animal. It takes just a few minutes and gives us the records we need to manage your household well.
For household pets: basic info — name, breed, weight, vaccination status, and Municipality of Anchorage animal license number for dogs and cats. For assistance animals, you'll be prompted for supporting documentation. There's no cost to submit any profile type.
Reasonable accommodation requests for service animals, emotional support animals, and other assistance animals are reviewed against HUD Fair Housing Act guidelines, never subject to pet fees or breed restrictions, and handled through a HIPAA-compliant submission flow.
Once you're a resident, your pet profile and any animal-related updates — vaccination renewals, accommodation requests, document uploads — happen through your resident portal. No phone tag, no paperwork hunting.
